Responsible for operations and all legal aspects including customer agreements, partnerships, company financing, funding agreements, board meetings and governance, licensing and technology agreements, Patent and Trademark License and Sale Agreements, Joint Development and Collaboration Agreements, employment agreements, and related legal matters. Led patent mining and monetization activities for clients including Black & Decker, Johnson Controls, & Northrop Grumman.
